ReFind Commerce Return & Refund Policy

At ReFind Commerce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, our return process is straightforward and customer-friendly. Below are the details of our return policy:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items.

2. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in a new/unused condition, including original packaging, manuals, and any accessories. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for excessive exterior damage or missing components.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase. In cases where items are returned with missing parts or excessive damage, a deduction may be made from the refund amount.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is delivered damaged or defective, ReFind Commerce will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the product is in working condition, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to return a product, please request a refund and place a new order.

6. Return Methods

Customers can use any shipping service or courier to return their items. We recommend selecting a tracked or insured option to ensure the package reaches us safely.

7. International Returns

We accept international returns. In some cases, we may issue a refund directly without requiring the product to be returned if it is more cost-effective for both parties.

8. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Once approved, you will need to organize your own shipping to return the product to us.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please provide evidence by submitting images and a description of the damage within the 30-day return window. A full refund will be issued upon approval.

10. Handling of Promotions/Discounts

There are no changes to the return policy for items purchased with promotions or discounts. Refunds will be issued based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

11. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees will be charged under any circumstances.
