We provide domestic shipping within the UK and offer worldwide shipping to most international destinations.
2. Shipping Providers and Methods
- Small and Medium Parcels: Sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service.
- Large Parcels: Shipped using Parcelforce Tracked 24 service.
- Customers can select the appropriate shipping method at checkout, based on the size of their order.
3. Shipping Costs
- UK Shipping: Free shipping is provided for all domestic orders within the UK.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on international shipments.
4. Handling and Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2PM (Monday-Friday) are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed before 11AM on Saturday are also shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after these cut-off times will be shipped the following day.
- No orders are processed or dispatched on Sundays as we do not have a collection service on that day.
5. Delivery Timeframes

- Small and medium parcels typically arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
- Large parcels are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
- International Shipping: Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays.

We ship internationally to most countries. Please note:
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed on international shipments.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination and local customs regulations.
7. Tracking Orders
All orders are dispatched using tracked shipping services. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
In the event that your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
